How to Order
You may place an order an appraisal by fax or email.

Please include the following:
- Name of Individual or Company ordering the appraisal
- Individual or Company Address
- Individual or Company telephone number
- Individual or Company email address
- Address of the residence to be appraised
- Contact information of the person providing entry to the property
- Sales Contract or Refinance information
- Method of payment.
Payment Options
We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card (visa or mastercard). After we receive your order, we will contact you by telephone to arrange for payment.
Delivery and Shipment
All appraisals will be delivered within (1) to (3) days of inspection and payment confirmation. If an appraisal cannot be completed within (3) days, the customer will be notified by telephone or email.
Cancellation and Refunds
Clients who wish to cancel an order must notify H.T.J Real Estate Services Incorporated within 24 hours by fax or email. Appraisal orders cancelled after 24 hours of being placed will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Once an appraisal inspection has been completed, the appraisal fee will not available for REFUND or CREDIT.
